Terms & media policy

Overlook Detroit is a trading name of Healthy and Wealthy Studio LLC. All memberships, bookings and payments are contracted with Healthy and Wealthy Studio LLC.

House rules

Private event · Members only · 21+. Every Overlook production is a private event. Admission is at the discretion of the house, and we reserve the right to deny entry. Valid identification is required — the floor is 21 and over at all times.

Media policy

We reserve the right to deny entry. Photo, video recording, live streaming and taping may occur. Entry is subject to posted media terms.

Overlook productions are filmed and streamed to members. By entering the floor you consent to appearing in that footage, including live streams, recorded replays and promotional material. If you would prefer not to appear on camera, tell a member of the house team on arrival and we will seat you away from the camera positions.

Membership, billing and cancellation

Membership is by application. Applications are charged a one-time, non-refundable application fee ($25 / $35 / $50, by tier) together with the first month of membership ($150 / $500 / $1,000 per month, by tier).

Membership renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current paid month. We do not pro-rate part months.

If the house declines an application, the first month is refunded in full and the membership is cancelled. The application fee is not refunded, as it covers the review itself.

Membership is personal to the named member and is not transferable. Guest allowances attach to the member and only apply when the member is present.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by this site. Charges may appear on your statement as OVERLOOK.

Reservations

A reservation request is a request, not a confirmed table, until the house confirms it. Tables are held for 30 minutes after the stated reservation time.

Alcohol

Where alcohol is served at an Overlook production it is served under the applicable licence or permit held for that event, and only to guests aged 21 or over with valid identification. The house may refuse service at any time.
